Returns & Exchanges

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS:

I am happy to accept returns and exchanges that of physical products that were purchased from my webstore under the following conditions:

* Items were purchased from my website store. This does not include my Etsy shop or other offsite shops. Please see my Etsy shop for return policies for those items.

* Items are in the same condition that your received them: unworn or unused, with original tags and labels, and in original plastic sleeve.

* Items must be accompanied with proof of purchase.

* Return and exchange requests must be received by me @bealadesigns@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

* Items must be shipped back to me within 30 days of delivery.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can do my best to make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged (unless they are damaged in shipping or defective):

* Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

* Items on sale

*Gift cards

*Digital products/downloads

Refunds 

I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method for the item less shipping costs. Shipping costs are not refundable.

You are responsible for paying shipping fees to return the item(s).

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

Once the returned item is received the new product will be shipped to you. I will notify you with an expected ship date.

Digital products/downloads cannot be returned or refunded.
