BealaDesigns.com (the “Site”) is hosted by Squarespace. Our on-site shopping page is powered by Shopify. Other links are provided on the Site that will take you to other online stores. What we collect and why

Squarespace collects personal data when you visit the Site, including:

Squarespace needs the data to run this website, and to protect and improve its platform and services. Squarespace analyzes the data in a de-personalized form.

• Disclosure for a business purpose: We provide our own customer support except when the situation dictates we contact Shopify to help resolve your problem, which we will notify you at the time that such actions will be necessary.

When you create an Account on the Site

How we share your information

Shopify is certified level 1 PCI DSS compliant. This means they meet all 6 of the requirements of the PCI Security Standards Council for the secure processing of credit card transactions. We may share your personal information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

At the moment, the BealaDesigns.com on-site shop only accepts orders from the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.
